Unanswered Complaints
The following companies have had one or more unanswered complaints in the last year
with the Business Bureau prior to November 20, 2009. We do not know if the customers
have been satisfied. All of these firms have an unsatisfactory business performance
record with the BBB, at least in part because of their failure to
respond to customer complaints. The consumers who filed a complaint did so in writing.
Each company was notified in writing at least twice about the unhappy customer and was
asked to send a response to the BBB. The BBB does not endorse, recommend or disapprove
of any product service or company.
